Today I had to finish a final writing task for one customer and send it in.
I did not get further with C than searching and downloading a few books, and watching a very interesting video on the history of C.
Based on this video I realized my former post was close but not complete. I do not want to bore you with a lot of history, and get on with the coding itself, but knowing the essential is necessary I believe and what I write must be correct and told with care. Will make sure that I get this right by tomorrow morning.
In many fields too much perfectionism is to be questioned, but I think, in the case of programming, perfectionism fits well, which is why this profession fits me. Code must be precise, else it does not work, simple. There is no gray zone in programming, or at least there should not be.
Tomorrow morning is C-Day.
