I synthesize here in my own words what Bryant and O'Hallaron teach & write out all their example program snippets, character by character. I do not copy-paste anything from the book! I write, compile, and execute all the C exercises they hand out with vim+gcc in cli (command line), in Linux in VM, and insert these as screenshots in separate posts. What is written cursively are my comments to the text. In regards to the percentages listed: books often have prefaces with Roman numbers and often also lengthy Appendices. In my calculation I include all pages that I effectively study and synthesize.
